Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the administrative team in our Bergen office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role and must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements for team members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences
- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This position is based in our office located in Bergen, Norway.
