We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Akron. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in the field of automotive body repair.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Use various tools and equipment to repair dents, scratches, and other damages on vehicle bodies
- Replace or repair damaged parts such as doors, fenders, panels, and bumpers
- Perform welding and metalwork as needed for structural repairs
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and safety regulations
- Communicate with customers about the status of repairs and provide cost estimates for additional work if needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in automotive body repair preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive body repair
- Extensive knowledge of different types of vehicles and their body structures
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment for body repair work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1300 per month for this position.
