CNC Operator
Location: Eldoret, Kenya (Preference for Pakistani Nationals)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal components. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship for Pakistani nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine settings and tooling requirements
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Inspect finished pieces for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in CNC operation preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various types of metalworking machinery
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
