Junior Typesetter
Are you a detail-oriented and creative individual looking to start your career in typesetting? We are seeking a Junior Typesetter to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Junior Typesetter, you will work closely with our senior typesetters to format and layout various documents such as books, magazines, and newspapers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all text and images are aligned correctly and in accordance with design guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior typesetters in formatting and layout of various documents
- Proofread documents for accuracy and consistency
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific design requirements
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and other team members to ensure high-quality output
- Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to improve efficiency and quality of work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Previous experience in typesetting or graphic design is a plus

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Alta, Norway. Local candidates are preferred but we are open to remote work for the right candidate.
