We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Ashdod. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also be in charge of maintaining and caring for flowers, as well as managing inventory and orders.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique floral designs according to clients' preferences and event requirements
- Source high-quality flowers from suppliers and ensure their proper care
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients' desired locations
- Assist with set up and decorating of events when needed
- Keep work area clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar position
- Passion for flowers and creative design
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, colleagues, and suppliers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
