Industrial Architect


We are in search of a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Lahore. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and other professionals to create functional and efficient spaces that meet their specific needs.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of industrial building codes and regulations, as well as experience in planning and executing large-scale projects. You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey your ideas and designs to clients and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Make necessary revisions or adjustments based on client feedback or unexpected challenges
- Manage project budget, resources, and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of industrial building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
