Experienced Carpenter

We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in carpentry, with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. This is a full-time position with the salary starting at 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to drawings or verbal instructions
- Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials using hand tools or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim according to specifications
- Inspect and repair damaged framework or other structures using hand or power tools
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a portfolio of completed projects
- Strong knowledge of different carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members

Preferred:
- Nationality: Portuguese (or legal right to work in Portugal)
- Location: Almada (or willingness to relocate)
