We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalks and marking gauge
- Follow safety procedures when working with power tools and equipment
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim and hardware
- Construct building frameworks including walls, floors and doorframes
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools
- Finish surfaces of woodwork or wallboard by sanding or painting as needed
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects within given deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Own visa to work in Portugal
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Good understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
