Job Title: IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and systems. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals and delegate tasks accordingly
- Develop and maintain company-wide IT policies and procedures
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies
- Ensure the security of all company data by implementing appropriate security measures
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation within the company

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position.
