Barista - Coffee Shop Server



As a Barista at our busy coffee shop in Lusail, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving various coffee and tea beverages. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and prepare coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and make recommendations to customers
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
