We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Nairobi. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for painting and finishing large equipment, structures, and surfaces in industrial settings. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and experience working with industrial paints and coatings.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed
- Mix and apply industrial paints and coatings using spray guns or brushes
- Follow safety procedures while handling paints and chemicals
- Monitor paint levels and maintain inventory of supplies
- Ensure proper ventilation in work area to prevent fumes or hazardous materials from affecting other workers
- Use hand tools such as scrapers, wire brushes, and sandpaper to remove old paint or rust from surfaces
- Maintain a clean work area at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with various types of industrial paints and coatings
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions for each project
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
