Android Developer - Los Angeles, USA


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Android Developer to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. Your main focus will be on the development of Android applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and fix bugs in a timely manner
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize application efficiency
- Work with external data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Android development
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

Salary: $1200 per month (may vary based on experience)

This is a full-time position located in Los Angeles. This opportunity is open to all nationalities; however, candidates must have a valid work visa for the USA.
