We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with speed and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays if required
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one is preferred

Compensation:
