Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Vianden, Luxembourg



Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences? Our fine dining restaurant in Vianden is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also be expected to have knowledge of our menu offerings and make recommendations to guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure all guest requests are met promptly
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Make menu recommendations based on guest preferences
- Monitor tables for guest needs and remove used dishware as needed
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns professionally
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer competitive compensation of 1300$ per month plus tips. This is a temporary position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
