Tiler Supervisor



We are currently seeking a skilled Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Akron, Canada. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all tiling projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise tiling projects from start to finish, including material estimation, scheduling, and budget management
- Coordinate with clients and contractors to determine project requirements and specifications
- Train and supervise a team of tilers to ensure work is performed safely and to company standards
- Inspect completed work for quality control and compliance with project specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the tiling process
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Tiler or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed

Preferred:
- Canadian citizenship or valid work visa for Canada is preferred but not required.

Salary: $1400 per month
