We are in need of a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing team in Funchal. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text, images, and other design elements to create visually appealing and error-free publications. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Format text and images according to design specifications
- Check for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure visual consistency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
- Troubleshoot technical issues with printing or digital publishing
- Stay updated on industry trends and software updates

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in graphic design or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a typesetter or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of typography and layout principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Time-management skills and ability to work under pressure

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
