We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Albena, Philippines. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components as per project specifications. You will also need to have knowledge of different welding techniques and be able to work with various materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Measure and mark workpieces for welding and cutting
- Operate welding equipment safely and effectively
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Clean and maintain welding equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Knowledge of different welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Physical stamina to work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
