Preservation Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures while adhering to conservation principles and guidelines. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of preservation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic structures to determine necessary preservation measures
- Develop detailed preservation plans and specifications in accordance with local, national, and international standards
- Oversee the implementation of preservation projects, including managing contractors and ensuring quality control
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals for the project and provide expert guidance on preservation techniques
- Research historical documents, materials, and techniques in order to inform restoration decisions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals related to preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historic architecture styles and conservation principles
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex restoration projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
