Preservation Architect

We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. This includes conducting research, developing preservation plans, and overseeing the implementation of preservation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on historic buildings and structures
- Developing preservation plans based on research findings
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure preservation plans are implemented effectively
- Conducting site visits and inspections to assess the condition of historic buildings
- Overseeing the restoration process, including managing budgets and timelines
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and guidelines for historic preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in historic preservation
- Strong knowledge of architectural conservation principles and techniques
- Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines for historic preservation in St-Petersburg
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: St-Petersburg, Russia
