We are searching for a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Eschen. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes, using traditional cooking techniques and high-quality ingredients. Your main goal will be to provide our customers with a memorable dining experience through your exceptional culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus featuring a variety of Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options
- Prepare and cook food according to traditional Indian recipes and techniques
- Ensure all dishes are presented in an attractive manner with attention to detail
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, flavors, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create unique and authentic dishes that appeal to a diverse clientele
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, based on your skills and experience.

Location:
This position is located in Eschen, a charming town situated in the picturesque countryside of Liechtenstein. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Liechtenstein.
