Online Consultant for E-commerce Company

We are hiring an Online Consultant to join our growing e-commerce company in Lisbon. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product recommendations and information.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. A background in e-commerce or online retail is also a plus.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from your own home. We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with accommodation provided in Lisbon. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online channels
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Knowledge of e-commerce or online retail industry preferred
- Fluent English language skills required; additional language fluency is a plus
