Rental Coordinator



We are a rental company in Nairobi, Kenya looking for a motivated and organized Rental Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the rental process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their rental needs and provide recommendations
- Process rental agreements, collect payments, and handle paperwork
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure availability of rental equipment and vehicles
- Inspect rental equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, including inventory levels and financial data
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and quality control
- Keep track of rental contracts and renewals, following up with customers as needed
- Assist with marketing efforts by promoting new rentals or special offers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Contract Type: Full-time with accommodation provided
