Carpenter



As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, such as building frameworks, partitions, walls, floors, and roofs. You will work with a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join materials according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials needed and project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using ruler, pencil, chalk line or marking gauge
- Cut or shape wood using hand or power tools such as chisels, planes, saws, drills or sanders
- Assemble and fasten materials to make framework or props using nails, screws or glue
- Install structures like windows, frames, floorings and trim according to specifications
- Inspect structures to ensure they are levelled and properly installed
- Repair existing wooden structures by replacing damaged parts or fixing any defects
- Collaborate with other team members such as architects and contractors to plan projects
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques
- Familiarity with woodworking tools including hand tools (e.g. hammers)
and power tools (e.g. saws)
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and lifting heavy objects
- Attention to detail with good mathematical skills
-Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: St-Petersburg
