We are in search of experienced and skilled Concrete Workers to join our team in Sheduva. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1000$. This position is open to Malayalees and does not require English proficiency.

As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete for various construction projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the concrete is properly cured and meets quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with concrete and possess a strong understanding of construction processes. You must also be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete by setting forms, reinforcing materials, and mixing ingredients
- Pour concrete into designated areas using appropriate equipment
- Smooth and level concrete using trowels, screeds, or power tools
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper strength and durability
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in the concrete

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concrete Worker in the construction industry
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints is an asset
