We are in search of a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for shaping and molding various materials such as wood, metal, and plastic into specific desired shapes. The role requires strong attention to detail, precision, and creative problem-solving skills to produce high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints or specifications to determine the shape and size of the product
- Operate various shaping tools such as saws, chisels, lathes, and sanders
- Shape materials by cutting, carving, or bending them into the desired form
- Smooth and polish surfaces of finished products
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role
- Proficient in using shaping tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity to work with various materials for extended periods of time
- Ability to read blueprints or specifications
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
