Team Lead - Monte-Carlo, Monaco


As a Team Lead in Monte-Carlo, Monaco, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective workflow. You will provide guidance and support to team members, delegate tasks and responsibilities, and monitor team performance. You will also work closely with upper management to develop and implement strategies for improving team productivity and achieving company goals.

Responsibilities:

- Set clear goals and expectations for the team

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Ability to handle conflict resolution in a professional manner
- Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
