Bank Teller - English Speaking (Medina, Saudi Arabia)



We are currently hiring for the position of Bank Teller in our branch located in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing various financial transactions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on banking products and services
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking staff or departments
- Verify customer identification and ensure all necessary documents are completed for transactions
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each day and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
- Maintain knowledge of all bank policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in banking or customer service preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The bank operates from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. As per Saudi Arabian labor law, Fridays and Saturdays are considered weekends.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing.
