Restaurant Manager


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Lusail. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and managing a team of staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, and finances
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of service and productivity
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food is served promptly to customers
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

This job is located in Lusail, Qatar.
