Seasonal Waiter/Waitress - Muharraq, Bahrain

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Seasonal Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a seasonal employee, you will work for a fixed period of time during the peak season, providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and provide accurate change
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including alcoholic beverages
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
- Must have own accommodation in Muharraq or surrounding areas

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
