Florist Assistant


We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Florist Assistant in Chelyabinsk. As a leading florist in the city, we specialize in crafting beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for flowers and be able to assist our head florist in creating stunning designs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head florist in creating unique and visually appealing floral arrangements.
- Prepare and condition flowers for arrangements.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients who visit our shop.
- Help with event set-up and delivery of floral arrangements.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with flowers is preferred but not required.
- A creative eye for design and color coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds).
- Must have availability to work on weekends or holidays if needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position will be 1700$ per month, depending on experience.
