As an Office Manager for our company in Boston, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be of Indian nationality and have a valid biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Manage schedules and appointments for the team
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and ordering supplies
- Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional manner
- Train and supervise administrative staff
- Maintain office budget and track expenses
- Plan and organize company events or meetings
- Implement policies to promote a positive work culture
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Salary: $1400 per month (without accommodation)
