Sales Manager - Porto, Portugal
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth in the Porto region. You will work closely with the company's leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve set targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue in the Porto region
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients based on trust and reliability
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads, sales, and customer interactions
- Willingness to travel within the Porto region as needed
Salary: 1500$ per month
