Machine Operator


We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines and adjust settings as necessary to ensure quality output
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Troubleshoot issues and make repairs when necessary
- Keep accurate records of production data and machine maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production setting
- Knowledge of machine operations and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work in shifts or overtime as needed

Preferred qualifications:
- Technical degree or certification in machine operation or related field
- Bilingual proficiency (French/English)
- Experience with CNC machines or other computer-controlled equipment

Working Conditions:
