Carpenter - Wiltz, Luxembourg



As a Carpenter at our company, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing building frameworks and structures. Your main duties will include measuring, cutting, shaping, and joining materials made of wood, steel, and other materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials to make building frameworks or structures
- Follow blueprints or building plans to meet project specifications
- Install structures such as windows, doorframes, floorings, and trim
- Inspect structures to ensure they are in line with safety standards
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged wood or other materials
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Knowledge of different carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical plans
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus)
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
