Gardener for Landscaping Company in Sofia, Bulgaria

A landscaping company in Sofia, Bulgaria is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying various outdoor spaces, including gardens, parks, and private residences.

Responsibilities:
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans
- Trimming and pruning plants to ensure healthy growth
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Maintaining irrigation systems and monitoring water usage
- Removing weeds and debris from gardens and other outdoor areas
- Installing new landscape features such as pathways or retaining walls
- Collaborating with landscape designers to plan and execute projects
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plants, their care requirements, and seasonal changes
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and shovels
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow design plans accurately
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
