We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Indian Collector to join our team in Zagreb. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect overdue payments and outstanding debts. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals and businesses regarding outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements
- Follow up on overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and letters
- Collaborate with legal teams when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to debtors while maintaining professionalism at all times

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Fluent in English (no Croatian required)
- Prior experience in debt collection is not required but considered an asset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems for record keeping
