Nepali Collector in Zagreb


We are hiring a Nepali Collector for a full-time position in Zagreb. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and maintaining accurate records of all collections. This is an ideal opportunity for freshers or those without previous experience as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone or email to collect outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records of all collections made
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers when necessary
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and escalate issues to the supervisor as needed
- Provide excellent customer service while collecting payments

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali (written and spoken)
- Basic English language skills preferred but not required
- Biometric passport required for employment in Zagreb
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet collection targets

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, plus bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Zagreb, Croatia. Applicants must have their own accommodation as it is not provided by the company.
