We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Moscow. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your primary focus will be on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for their commercial project
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that the project is being built according to the approved plans
- Make necessary adjustments to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements related to commercial construction
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members from various backgrounds

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1400$ per month.
