We are in need of a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Moscow. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. Your expertise in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial building projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is carried out according to the design plans
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
