Industrial Architect

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This includes conducting site visits, creating detailed plans and drawings, and collaborating with engineers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial buildings and structures
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet safety, functionality, and budget requirements
- Oversee construction progress to ensure it aligns with design plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and structural engineering principles
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk (open to applicants from all nationalities)
