Hotel Sales Manager for Indian Candidates in Nakuru

Our hotel in Nakuru is seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals.
- Establish relationships with potential clients, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel and its services.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required.
- Experience working in Nakuru or surrounding areas is a plus.
- Knowledge of Indian culture and customs is an advantage.
