Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites or in industrial settings
- Inspect the crane before use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Understand and follow instructions from supervisors and project managers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator in a similar role
- Valid crane operator certification or license preferred
- Strong understanding of safety guidelines and procedures for operating cranes in different environments
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with different types of cranes such as mobile, tower, or overhead cranes
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
