Formworker

We are seeking experienced Formworkers to join our team in Karachi. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork structures according to blueprints and plans. This role requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine formwork specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber, plywood, and other materials to create formwork structures
- Secure formwork structures in place using nails, screws, or other fasteners
- Pour concrete into formwork structures and smooth it using tools such as trowels or floats
- Remove formwork after concrete has set and clean up work area
- Inspect completed formworks for defects or imperfections

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Knowledge of basic carpentry techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
