Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company's network and computer systems. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support to end-users
- Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Maintain system documentation and inventory of equipment
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new systems or upgrades
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills
