Concierge Assistant - English Speaking


We are a luxury hotel located in the bustling city of Ajman, known for its beautiful beaches and vibrant culture. We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant who is fluent in English to join our team.

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their inquiries, making reservations for activities and excursions, and providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

In addition to these tasks, you will also be responsible for arranging transportation for guests, handling luggage, and ensuring that all requests are met promptly and efficiently. You must possess excellent communication skills and have a friendly personality as you will be the first point of contact for our guests.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel setting. A degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism is also preferred. Fluency in English is a must, as well as knowledge of other languages such as Nepali would be an added advantage.

You must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask efficiently. As this role involves interacting with guests from different backgrounds, cultural sensitivity is important. You must also be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
