Part-Time IT Manager in the US


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, perfect for someone looking to supplement their income or work around other commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technology policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices
- Manage and monitor all aspects of our company's information systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize system performance and reliability
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services and equipment procurement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware, software, and databases
- Proven experience developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues quickly
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
