Junior Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the senior management team in overseeing various construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in construction management. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with a biometric passport, fluent in English, and willing to work without prior experience. Freshers are welcome to apply. Salary offered is 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management in planning and overseeing construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work without prior experience in the construction industry
