Land Surveyor

We are hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land areas for construction or development projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure the accurate location and layout of buildings, roads and other structures. This position requires strong mathematical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and robotic instruments
- Collect and analyze data including measurements, notes, maps and photographs
- Prepare detailed reports and maps of survey results
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by performing quality control checks
- Adhere to all safety regulations while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Valid certification or license as a Land Surveyor
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong mathematical skills
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
