Senior Architect - Part Time (Copenhagen)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Copenhagen. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects, from residential to commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients based on their specific requirements
- Oversee and manage all phases of the design process, from concept development to construction
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Manage project budget and timelines effectively
- Mentor and guide junior architects in the team
- Stay updated with current trends, materials, and technologies in the architecture industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
- Proven track record of successfully completed projects in both residential and commercial sectors
- Extensive knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
Working Hours: This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month based on experience.
Location: Our office is located in Copenhagen but remote work options can be discussed for exceptional candidates.
