Concrete Worker

We are currently hiring a skilled Concrete Worker for our construction company in the beautiful Faroe Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and setting concrete for various building projects. You will also be required to read and interpret blueprints, use hand and power tools, and follow safety protocols at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by setting up necessary equipment and materials
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using ruler, pencil, chalk or marking gauge
- Mix cement, sand, and water to produce concrete according to specified ratios
- Pour concrete into designated areas using wheelbarrows or buckets
- Smooth out concrete surface using trowel or screed
- Finish surfaces by using power tools such as edger or grinder
- Monitor curing process of concrete and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Worker is preferred but not required
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be able to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this role.
